Privacy Policy - article 13 of European Regulation 679/2016

In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679 of 04.05.2016, called "General Data Protection Regulation", we are providing you with the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, the nature of the data in our possession and their provision.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The data will be processed for purposes related to contractual activities, and therefore for:

– execute a purchase order, the provision of the service or one or more contractually agreed operations.

– contact the customer in the event of service anomalies and/or in any case for reasons inherent to the service provided.

– answer to customer requests

– carry out operational and management needs

– contact the customer in order to propose the renewal of the contract and/or contractual changes

– Issue the customer with the user code necessary for access to the reserved area of ​​the company platform, where it will be possible to access their personal details, download invoices and access all the information regarding the provision of the service.

The legal basis of this processing is the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations with the interested party.

In addition to the aforementioned purposes, the processing will also take place for:

– fulfill accounting – administrative obligations.

– carry out other legal obligations

The legal basis that makes the aforementioned processing legitimate is the fulfillment of the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.

PROCESSING METHODS

The processing will be carried out with electronic and paper tools by persons specifically appointed for this purpose, in order to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

Your data, subject to processing, will/may be subsequently communicated:

– to any data controllers appointed.

– to credit institutions and/or debt collection companies (for the sole purpose of credit protection);

– to public entities in fulfillment of legal obligations.

– to control bodies such as firefighters, INAIL, local health authorities, municipalities and regions;

– a company operating in the transport sector such as transporters and couriers

– any further communication or dissemination will take place only with explicit consent.

Your personal data will not be communicated to third countries and/or international organizations and will not be disclosed.

NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT

The provision of data is mandatory for you as it is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual, accounting, fiscal and administrative obligations in general.

Any failure to communicate, or incorrect communication, of any of the mandatory information has the following consequences:

– the inability of the owner to guarantee the congruity of the processing itself with the contractual agreements for which it is carried out;

– the possible failure to execute the contractual relationship.

DURATION OF TREATMENT

The personal data provided by the interested party will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the existing contractual obligations, and therefore for the entire duration of the contract. After this period, in compliance with the principle of necessity, the personal data collected will be processed and stored only for the period strictly necessary to fulfill legal obligations in fiscal and tax matters.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Please remember that you have the right to exercise the faculties provided for in the articles. 7, 15-22 of the European Reg. 679/2016.

In particular, by contacting the Data Controller at the email address info@magigas.it, you can revoke your consent at any time, request access to the personal data concerning you, receive the personal data provided to the Data Controller and transmit them to another Data Controller of processing without impediments (so-called portability), obtain its updating, limitation of processing, rectification of data and cancellation of data processed in breach of current legislation.

You then have the right, for legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to the processing for the purposes of sending advertising material, direct sales and carrying out market research. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor as supervisory authority regarding the protection of personal data
